Notification of Admission for the remaining seats in Nursery
Please be informed that admission for the remaining seats in Nursery will be done through Raffle Draw on Saturday 7th March 2015 at 10.00 a.m. in the presence of parents. Parents can collect application form from the school office from 23rd February to 2nd March 2015 between 8.00 am and 12.00 noon. The details of the Draw are published on the school Notice Board and on the Website (www.iipsr.com) as a separate circular. Please read the below circular carefully and apply in time. Best of luck.

Admission in Nursery for the Academic Year 2015 – 2016.
This is to inform you that admission to the remaining seats in Nursery will be done through a Raffle Draw. The details are given as under:
Seats in Nursery
We have only three sections in Nursery. As we give preference for admission to the siblings (brothers and sisters of the children who study here), admission to remaining seats after completion of sibling admission in Nursery will be done through a Raffle Draw.
Eligibility for admission
The child should be an Indian, having valid passport and Iqama. He/She should not be less than 2 years and 6 months & should not be more than 3 years and 5 months as on 31st of March 2015. Under aged and Over aged children will not be given admission on any ground as per the school policy. Only those who are born between 1 October 2011 and 30 September 2012 need to apply.
How to Apply
Prospective parents can collect the application form from the School Office from 23rd February to 2nd March 2015 between 8.00 am and 12.00 noon. They should bring with them child’s original passport and Iqama. There is no fee for taking part in the raffle draw. Application form will be issued only to those who meet the above mentioned criteria.
Submission of the Application
The duly filled in application form with photocopies of the passport and Iqama of the child and father should be submitted to the office on or before Tuesday, 3rd March 2015 12.00 noon..
The correctly filled in application Form will be attested and countersigned by the Admission In-charge on submission of the application.
The raffle draw is on Saturday 7th March 2015 at 10.00 a.m. in the presence of parents, Members of the School Managing Committee and Principal.
Those who win the draw will be issued the original registration form and the admission formalities should be completed on or before Thursday, 12 March 2015. Classes for Nursery for the academic year 2015 – 2016 start on Monday 6th April 2015. All other details will be given at the time of Admission.
